Is anyone else having problems with Netgate?

I am on a World-net connection, and can't connect to alot of New Zealand ip
addresses.

Doing a tracert it appears that I am being blocked from within Netgate
somewhere.

I have phoned World-net, and they too can't connect to the IP's I am trying
to get to. They have logged a fault with Netgate yesterday, but still
nothing has happened.

For example, I can't get to www.iprolink.co.nz and I can't send email to
chl.co.nz

Alothough these sites work fine when I connect through my dial-up connection
with Xtra.
