If you can turn on syslogging, you can see the reason why it disconnects
(Either the pvc drops or the entire DSL drops).. I have a few drops during the
day and sometimes its due to the entire DSL dropping for a very short amount of
time and sometimes due to pvc. I know its not the ISP (as I don't cut myself
off). You have the remember the DSL connection is going over non-tested copper
lines that are not perfect. (no bit tests or anything are done) and many things
can affect the DSL connection. I've had a Internal and an External Dynalink
modem in the past for testing and it disconnected I think about the same amount
of time. With a M11 or the alike most people wouldn't see the disconnection as
they connect straight up again)

Just my 2.5c's

Thanks
