I don't expect a DSL connection to stay up 100% of the time because of the reasons
I gave before. The connection is not monitored or guarenteed like DDS
circuits/ATM etc. If you want a circuit that IS guaranteed you have to pay for it.
Getting 128K Jetstart for what telecom/ISP charge IS quite cheap compared to the
same bandwidth given over dedicated circuits via Telecom/ISP (DDS/Frame-Relay/ATM
etc)
