Wasn't a lot of the Albany area on relatively new fibre to the street?

It would pay to check that you're not on a copper tail off a fibre cabinet.

Unless you have copper all the way to the exchange it won't work.

The line checker on the Jetstream site has apparently been misleading before
now.
