Ya it is a branch office and with no internet connection they have no access
to the database or to our accounting system or email. = major problem.

Over the phone I have found that the DSL is reported as OK, but the PPP
Connection is down. I have tried using their login & pass from here and it
works fine for me, so I can't think what the error could be, and it is hard
to do stuff over the phone when they don't have any IT literate people.
