Hi,

I've got two Nokia M1122 modems, one at work and one at home, and with a
little annoyance I have found an easy way to make both disconnect from the
internet for about minute.

1. Use a port scanner that does multiple ports at once. (not really
recommended, ISP's get upset)

2. Use Limewire (a Gnutella) client, on the initial connect it tries to
connect to about 10 clients at once, this will normally cause a micro-outage
right then. If it makes it thru this stage, then setting the simultaneous
connects to more than 3 will cause an outage within 5 minutes.

No services on any ports are availaibe for a minute or so.
There are no mentions of the outage in the Nokia Log file.
The main Nokia status page says everything is OK
Both modems are sw. R09

Basically trying too many connections at once seems to cause something to
crash.

Anyone else find the same thing??
Andreas!!
