Prolongued Jetstream Problems

00/00:04:58 HI(1) DSL line / oper.stat down

This is basically what happens *all the time*.

Yes, Intermech still has problems :P
Our downlink speed is still sitting about 3000k/s and is giving regular
timeouts. At this point the ATM card has been changed and the M1122 has been
swapped out. Theres no load on the modem outside of this one PC and im still
having issues.

The Technician from GDC has suggested that theres not many options left,
basically just to check what other peering there is on our line itself - and
that the final problem is probably our distance from the exchange, and theyd
have to call our jetstream a 'failed' connection. :(

Assuming this happens, ... what next?
I suppose we'll have to consider Ihug Ultra...
