Didn't read anything that said if it was business only.. but if it isn't...
I can only guess it's to protect themselves from leechers like me!!
To be honest.. 256k and 512k DSL a/c's are the next step. I don't see how
pricing and accounts could differ from overseas places when we are based in
the pacific ocean! :0)
Paitience and you will have your flatrate broadband account..
In the meantime, go JetStart and enjoy leeching at least a gig per day. If I
was a doggy my tail would be wagging like mad.. and yours should be too..
