203.96.91.1 is down for me too.
no web on it or ftp responding. it is a real bad sign. hope the dns of
203.96.91.1 part has not fallen over too or else those on the
jetstreamgames context are a bit screwed.
on a more positive note -> May be its being updated =)
Or may be telecom are getting rid of it. =(
