I found that the first time I wasnt charged - and I moved from one city to
another.
The second time - and I stayed on the same exchange apparently - I was
charged - although my ee was $300

ps. Just discovered that Telecom also charged me *another* $200 moving fee,
this time on the old account number. Amazing!

The moral of the story: Just when you thought they'd done it all, Telecom
will once again astound you with their (automated) incompetence.

Nice people though.
