The Modem is Telepermitted. Telepermit Number 272/00/016. But if you
are sold one Without the telepermit sticker on it I would complain. It
is maybe imported from a different source (if so its not telepermitted).
Have a look on http://www.telepermit.co.nz under Telepermit Regiser top
left hand side and select PTC 272. Where did you get the modem from?
