1 Model being Telepermitted doesn't mean the same modem sourced from a
different place (ie overseas etc) is telepermitted! There is alot which
goes into telepermits like electrical safety etc as well. PTC's are
given to a unit sourced from a certain location, certain criteria etc,
not all equipment with the same model.

Telecom, you are breaking there T&C if you connect any device that
hasn't got a PTC.
