If by "other posters" you are refering to me, I have no experience of
service levels at DSE, thus I can not comment. I am however familiar with
the issues of keeping up with ever changing technology.

What I offered was the opportunity for DSE to do some QC on the description
of the Nokia Ni500 on the DSE web site, specifically whether this is a modem
or router. Which would look better on the site:

Nokia Ni500 external ADSL modem $391 inc GST.
for single PC to connect to JetStream , Windows only

Nokia Ni500 external ADSL router $391 inc GST.
allows multiple PCs to share a single JetStream connection.
Works with Windows, Mac, Linux etc.

If the later is true, this is may be a very cost effective solution. So back
to the question, is this a modem or a router?
