Hi all,

Now that the 3com external ADSL modem is deceased and the Nokia M1122's are
still pretty expensive (also recalled which also doesn't help). I am
looking for a modem that is supported by Linux, or a router that can handle
IPSec with it's NAPT.
I have been looking at the Nokia Ni500 but I am confused as to what it is.
Is it a modem or a router and will it meet my requirements?
The other one I have been looking at is the Zyxel 640 which comes in a
modem version and a router version. Will this meet my requirements? Also
what are these worth and who sells them?

cheers,

Bjorn Nilsen
