Sounds like sour grapes if they're put out of a job, to me. Personally, I
think it stinks
that end users and integrators don't have the option to install the low pass
filter and
handle the wiring at the premises. Telecom and their installers would
obviously need
to handle matters relating to provisioning and removal of load coils etc
back at the
exchange. End users already have the right to install their own POTS
jackpoints.
A low pass filter install is only marginally more difficult.
