On IP.Networking over DSL????

Getting under 40ms over DSL is quite rare unless someone at telecom turns
off the interleaving... Which they won't. I am sure they leave it on the
IP.Networking over DSL as well. Under 40ms on IP.Networking on IP.Networking
over FR is easy yes.
