Can someone tell me the commit time of a DSL move to take place.

I have just been told it will take till wednesday to move our
connection because there are a lack of installers in the city.
auckland city, auckland cbd. omg how much business are they
tring to keep. anyway...

can someone tell me what wires i need to swap. Ive got proper
tools but need to know what im looking for.
