I have ditched both Xtra and Ihug, Helpdesk support from either was a
nightmare, and now have a jetstart connection with Web Internet.
Good Prices, Good Friendly Staff and my account was set up almost
immediatly.
My Opinion anyway.

Subject: good choices for a jetstart isp?

Okay it's probably a contentious issue but given the previous thread
discussing ISP behaviours with traffic shaping I thought it prudent to ask
before signing up.

I am in inner city Auckland, only require connectivity as my email and web
hosting are already sorted.

So what ISPs would be a good choice for Jetstart? Or what factors would
others use to make this decision? Is there already a body of information on
this available? A nice product matrix comparing ISPs perhaps ;)
