Do they prevent you from going over 8GB / Month? Or do they ask you to try
and keep from going over 8GB / Month?

Just out of interest has anyone here managed to Download 8GB of data on a
16K connection within a month?

Web Internet may have good prices, but on talking to a sales rep just now,
it seems they don't like customers exceeding 8GB/month traffic.

So while they may be a bit cheaper, they're certainly *not* a true flat-rate
plan.

So, it seems Xtra and World-Net are the best for heavy users.
