Personally I have found WorldNet very good in terms of the service offered
and the price paid.

Their service is "OK" and is getting better as time goes on.

I believe they also provide free of charge a limited use dialin account for
when the ADSL service is down (atleast for those of us who have had a
World-Net dialin account prior to the ADSL service)
