LOL, it's close to DOWNLOAD saturation yes.
At full capacity of 16k, you can do 1382.4gig in a day download.
((16*60*60)/1000). The flipside of that is, you also have 16k upload
capacity aswell. Giving you a complete saturation of 2764.8gig/day.

And for anyone interested, giving you a total throughput of 82,944gig in a
month, if you actually manage to keep 100% saturation both ways 24hrs a day,
7 days a week, for a 30day month.

I guess the ISP's are thankful most people don't saturate their links. :p
