The following is probably illegal, the procedure is a hypothetical example
of the issue.

Grab the external IP Address of your Jetstream NAPT Router.
Shoot round to a mate that has Jetstart.
Start a continuous 64k packet size ping to your Jetstream IP.

Go home, see if Zone Alarm is logging any data (it wont be).

After a month, when the $10,000 (50gig) Jetstream bill arrives from
Telecom - ring them.

Explain that you use a Zone Alarm firewall and quote the article in IDG
where Telecom vow and declare that a firewall will protect you from excess
usage charges.
