lowest cost = jetstart (also slowest)
fastest = jetstream (also most expensive)

Is there a major contradiction in that article or is it just me getting
confused with what 'service' means in this context?
' "Telecom's JetStream has been ranked by the OECD as the most expensive
broadband service in the OECD world..." '
and
' "The OECD report identifies a number of areas where New Zealand can be
very proud of its broadband achievements." These areas apparently include
lowest cost DSL service and speediest residential DSL service." '
The most expensive and the lowest cost???? Maybe it's just my brain winding
up on a monday morning, but that doesn't make sense to me!!
Sam.
