Thanks all for your comments, I decided to go with an Alcatel Speedtouch Pro
(Hub).

DSL is getting hooked up on Thursday (hopefully), so will let you all know
how it went and how hard it fought.

Heres to higherspeed access at home (is nice at work - Clear Fibre!!) and no
grumpy flatmates!!!
