Just out of interest to other Nokia users - I was as a tech support department
yesterday speaking with one techician who has reloaded the firmware into over 10
Nokia M1122's in the last two weeks (he does it himself as it takes two long to
get a replacment from Nokia). This is the problem previously discussed on
list where the Nokia loses its firmware and won't boot at all.

For each and every one of these units, he had his client call Nokia first, and
each and every time Nokia responded with "We are unaware of that issue".

Just goes to show eh!
