Ok, I think I have finally figured out the solution to this problem that
many users have been experiencing.

Using a Personal Socks Ver 4 / 5 Server either on your home machine, or
machine on the network makes it run ..

Im testing it now and will let you guys how I get on ..

Perhaps messenger needs a NAT helper to change an IP address buried
further
into the headers than the ST Pro NAT can handle. The MS knowledge base
tends
to refer to socks and filtering, and does not really mention the effects
of
NAT on MSN Messenger traffic. Any comments from an MS expert on the
list?

Cheers,
Nik
