Well, I know that I am getting to the point where I am going to start
raising merry hell with Xtra soon... I had about 20mins worth of outages
last night over a 6 hour period... 1 min here, 3 mins there, 5 mins there...
etcetera... GRRRRR

Rob

Hi,

I'm sure that this must have been asked before, but I can't get through to
the list archives - apologies.

This is basically a who is the best ISP question. Ideally I'd like to go
with someone who will give me a static IP and are all ISPs affected equally
by the micro-outage problem?
