I've heard of this happening too. I think it has to do with when they update
the machine that does the rate limiting with new customer info. It probably
happens at a low-usage time like 4am or something, until then new customers
arent capped.

So the idea would be to build up a large list of downloads, buy a new
harddrive, get jetstart installed early morning, take the day off work and
do some hardcore leeching.
