But under what terms does Microsofts UPnP Forum license the standards that
are developed?

Can anyone get a copy of the standards and implement them? Or do they need
to pay money to join Micorsofts UPnP forum and/or pay licensing fees on the
standard?

This is the information that i said i couldn't find on the website.
