This was for an older firmware so it may not still apply, but I'm almost
certain that the Telecom rented M1122's used napt-password not
user-password for the "Telecom" password. Presumably this gave the same
access rights as user-password but allowed you to manage pinholes as well.
I'm not 100% sure, it's a while since I saw one...

Just add a password for napt-user and try logging on with it. (I also
noticed that changing the password applied immediately for telnet, but
needed a reboot for the web interface)
