Yes - I know - and that is what I am trying to resolve.

Yeah - the problems is "I have a bad thing - to use your words".

It was not certain the first time I got it - but many months ago I did get
a helpful guy on the Xtra help desk and together we worked out that
this was the problem.

And from my understanding it is Telecom who have to fix it - and it is the
part of Telecom who look after ADSL.
