There was a fault yesterday at 4PM for People on the POP_RAN_1 (Papatoetoe
RAN). It cut them all off and everyone reconnected back shortly after.A
similar (same) fault occured 2 days before that about about 12pm I think it
was with same RAN. (cut everyone off)(DSL went down both time as well )
Both times I rang up the Telecom DSL Help Desk, and they where unaware of
the problem, but I let them know it had happened.
Thanks
