You think theyd keep their customers appraiseD? How about their resellers?
(ISPs)

I was working from home on NYD when the POP_RAN spat me out for 10
minutes.. I rang the DSL desk (just as Craig did) and they hadnt a clue..

When it happened again the next day, I was talking to Craig online, we both
ended up ringing the DSL desk simultaneously. Still they hadnt a clue.
