To get a new ip address, you don't always need to restart your dsl modem
(re-train the dsl), which takes muchos time.
Instead, there should be a command (CLI is easiest) to reset the ppp link.
On the M1122 the command is simply 'Reset ppp', then do a 'netstat -i' to
show your ip interfaces.
The same holds true with entering a new log/pass, you don't need to reset
the adsl link on alot of modems (changing to the JSG realm for example).
