Chrissy if thats an attempt to get a rise, it wont work.
People who work in customer service / technical support often get a very
clear idea, very quickly, of what sort of instructions they can give their
clients without going over their head.

90% of the customers I speak to struggle to open an msdos prompt, nevermind
open a telnet session to an m1122. I welcome calls from those who I am
able to speak openly and technically with, as dumbing things down often
becomes frustrating - but its part of the job.
