Agreed, the original Question was a technical one

But I was not replying to that, the post I replied too was nothing more
than a whinge from you. After reading all the posts it seems you know
the answers to it all anyway... I understand your need to complain, and
feel for you in these tragic circumstances but I ask simply, is this
list the place for that post?

The only people with any power, authority and ability to fix this issue
are your ISP and Telecom. Perhaps the time would be best spent
contacting them? You didn't state you had called your ISP even once,
forgive me for not realizing you had. If they cannot help you or resolve
the issue I suggest you change ISP's. No one on this list has the
ability to resolve this issue for you, no one on this list can fix it.
Surely you can see why I cannot understand why this issue made it to the
list.
