Well this newly proposed Xtra Jets data cap stinks doesn't it. Not only
do they have the monopoly on the local loop so others struggle to give
us competitive rates, now xtra are lookin at capping too. I just
switched to xtra as isp to avoid ihugs Js 10GB cap. I wouldve been in
favor of them Increasing the quality and giving us more kbps not
reducing the quantity yet again. I am sure I am not speaking just for
myself but I was wondering if anyone knows of any plans for more kbps on
