Remember it was "Telecom" who offered the Free Installs, and it is only
"Xtra" who are (have they officially?) announced the Cap On Jetstart thru
them. Remember there are lots more ISP's out there who offer Jetstart. From
what I've heard from people.. the speed of Jetstart started getting slower a
while before the free installs, but I guess people didn't get all the facts
and throught "Xtra = Telecom = 16KB/Sec all the time as Xtra has Unlimited
Banwidth) and joined Xtra and it was slow. There are ALOT of people who
still think they will get the best service thru Xtra as they are owned by
Telecom, but Xtra buys bandwidth etc exactly as other ISP's have to, and
have the compete the same same with them.
