Hi all,

Ever since we had Jetstart connected at home we believe the phone voice
volume has dropped significantly, to the point it's very hard to hear
callers (and impossible if the kids are around!).

If anyone on the list has any advice/thoughts I'd appreciate the help. A
Telecom contractor checked it and said it fell within their parameters
although I can't quite believe that- either the parameter is very low,
or he tested it at a time when it wasn't so bad. He suggested it was a
local socket/wiring problem however we're pretty sure it started when
Jetstart was installed.

Have tried numerous phones, filters etc.

ps sending the kids away probably isn't a viable solution.
