I recently emailled Xtra help regarding this, because I am quite often not
getting even 1k when I try downloading anything. I notice that using I am
getting 2k or less 80% of the time.

Using a login from another ISP and downloading the same files/webpages I get
7k+ (often over 10).

Xtra's response was "we have technicians looking into it" (capping my data
per month .... huh?).

The funny thing is that my pings and tracerts show good times, fast even...
problem is, I just dont seem to have any bandwidth.

Xtra said I am welcome to close and get a refund of $35. However, my problem
is I am on SkyFi, and I dont want to pay 135$ + jetstart atanother ISP. I
think it should be $100 + jetstart at another ISP - they havent responded on
that one yet... but thats a whole different story.

Should be interesting to see what happens
