While I was on Xtra Jetstart, download speeds slowed down week after
week to an average of about 4kbps. Zfree dialup was consistently
faster!

Since being with World-Net, who have no traffic cap, I consistently
enjoy 9-16 kbps, average probably 11.5kbps
