MS Terminal Server does not withstand packet loss (bizzare, it runs over
TCP). You need to find the source of the packet loss and eliminate it.

In your configuration there are two common causes, DSL failures and the
famous Juha Microoutage (Paradise are on FastIP, you have static IPs).

Normally the M1122s would log DSL failures, have you checked the logs?

To prove the StaticIP issue is a bit harder, we normally convert the VPN to
hub and spoke (i.e. the server and workstation PPTP out to a virtual
firewall on the Internet) this eliminates the need for static IPs.

Once a day? Probably DSL.

Cheers

BG.
