450KB/Sec = ~3.6Mbit. which is about as fast as you can get (remember
multiply by 8 to get Mbit's :-)

I dunno what limits the speed from the DSLAM->RAN (Can someone from Telecom
answer this?)
ie why can't customers get 8Mbit's to JetstreamGames or to anywhere?
Does the PVC get limited to 4Mb (like jetstart gets limited to 128Kbit?)
