The information comes from a memo sent to all Jetstream resellers.... I
have a copy here also.

Please note the change takes affect from the next month-cycle-date AFTER
the 2nd of April... so in my case I dont see the change untill we're nearly
in May.

Its a step in the right direction, however.

Telecoms part.... *shrug*
