They have very significant bandwidth limits on international non
web/ssh/telnet/irc traffic. I don't know if they give international gaming
traffic high priority, but I would imagine that if they do it, they do it on a
per server basis, so you would have to ask about your particular game and
server.

That is with my brother running hard on two p2p programs (he's trying to get
more than his share of a fairly small p2p bandwidth pie) at the same time, so
it might not be very meaningful, and when you try and push a few kB/s instead
of a few bytes.
