PPPoA is RFC 2364 or that's what my adsl card tells me

RFC 1577 is PPPoA and RFC 2364 is PPPoE.
Telecom's Jetstream/Jetstart ADSL is optimised for RFC2364 PPPoA, not RFC1577 PPPOE.

My ADSL modem is connected via USB so I chose PPPoA. But, some users running ADSL via Ethernet may/may not need to choose PPPoE.
Contact your ISP on which one you should choose!
