Great to whomever succeeded!

Hey Steve, werent you ever a newbie? Have you always known how to get
the most of every resource that ever was presented to you? I would dare
say the large majority of ADSL users in NZ are NEW to it if not new to
the "net" and as such if they stumble across this site then maybe also
they ARENT the best at getting the info they want. Hunting through
archives is certainly a relatively daunting task, the longer the
archives, the worse usually. So naturally I am sure most people find it
simpler, and in their minds no doubt more direct for them to just ASK.
Short sarcastic [snippy] remarks only makes lists unfriendly and
uncomfortable places to be, I have seen it before so give us a break eh
mate, and think back when you werent so clued up.
