Telecom update all of the firmware on their M11's. Ergo, the firmware isn't
available to end users.

Besides which, no home user has access to be able to do this to an M11,
unless you had telecom's full-admin password. At any rate, it's unadvisable
to try to do anything, if you break it, telecom probably wouldn't be too
happy :)
