You have to set up your MX records correctly, and you have to set up your SMTP
server correctly, and your dynamic DNS has to be working. Do you know the
difference between POP3 and SMTP?

I'm using hammernode ( http://hn.org ) , exim and qpopper and this seems to be
working (if it isn't, well, I can't tell and noone has complained (recently)
that mail to me is bouncing).
