Umm .. as far as I know "Micro Outages" don't cause disconnections (they
where a Routing Issue inside Telecom's network). Blaming Microoutages is the
last thing I'd blame disconnections on.

Yes. I've seen a number of Faulty Sky decoders causing problems on phone
lines (Voice as well)
